The CX eInvoice App supports both XRechnung and ZUGFeRD for electronic invoicing.
eInvoice is seamlessly integrated into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and does not require any customizations. The Electronic Document Formats for XInvoice and PEPPOL (with an additional Licenses also “PDF A3u” and “ZUGFeRD”) are automatically created and can via new created Document Sending Profiles assigned to Customers.
When using the “Send” Function on the posted Sales Invoices, Sales Credit Notes, Service Invoices or Service Credit Notes, the Documents are converted into a XML-File and will be sent directly by E-Mail or via upload to the respective Recipient.
Your Partner can extend our Solution to convert almost any Document into the XInvoice-Format. All Creation and Sending of Documents is logged in “Document Log Entries”.
